You don’t need any lubricants for this type of exercise because you want to be as dry as possible to get the best grip on your penis head.

Penis exercise advocates claim that stretching male enhancement exercises can also help boost sperm count and testosterone levels, but that’s probably a stretch – no pun intended. Stretching exercises target an increase in length but won’t do anything to increase girth. Combine stretching exercises with jelqing exercises to promote better circulation to your penis and increase your chances of increasing length and girth at the same time.
