Jelqing is arguably the most popular male enhancement exercise. Advocates of stretching exercises believe that regularly squeezing and pulling your penis, like exercising muscles, will make it larger.
These exercises aim to stretch your penis out by stretching the spongy erectile tissue. Stretching male enhancement exercises are meant to improve penis size in both flaccid and erect state, and can be performed daily or at least performed three times a week to aid in the lengthening process.
How Stretching Male Enhancement Exercises Work
It’s helpful to learn about the anatomy of your penis and what goes on inside it so you’ll understand what you’re trying to achieve when performing stretching male enhancement exercises.

Your penis is composed of cells called blood spaces that enlarge when they are filled with blood. The blood spaces are mostly within a chamber that houses the spongy erectile tissue called the corpora cavernosa. When you perform stretching male enhancement exercises, the blood spaces in and around the corpora cavernosa are stretched.
When these areas have stretched to a certain length, your penis will extend longer in both the flaccid and erect state. As long as you warm up properly, stretching male enhancement exercises are relatively safe. Male enhancement exercise advocates believe that the penis is designed to become enlarged, and if it can hold more blood or expand due to stretching or other types of pressure, it will become longer and thicker over time.
Stretching exerts pressure on the central tendon-like tissue in your penis. Stretching exercises simulate the weight hanging technique without the risk of injury. Start performing the stretches when your penis is flaccid. You can apply pressure almost anywhere except on the dorsal nerve, the thin nerve that runs along the top of your penis. You can even design your own grip, as long as you know where you should exert pressure and where not to exert any pressure. But don’t grip too tight because you’ll cut off the circulation. You don’t need any lubricants for this type of exercise because you want to be as dry as possible to get the best grip on your penis head.
Penis exercise advocates claim that stretching male enhancement exercises can also help boost sperm count and testosterone levels, but that’s probably a stretch – no pun intended. Stretching exercises target an increase in length but won’t do anything to increase girth. Combine stretching exercises with jelqing exercises to promote better circulation to your penis and increase your chances of increasing length and girth at the same time.
